History

Los Angeles native and educator Sonja Mason-Briscoe has curated and coordinated events for 30 years.  Established in 1991, the business developed it's high standard of creativity, professionalism and uniqueness after years of event-planning and making professional partnerships. A partnership by way of marriage expanded the catering services, with that partnership being with her husband, Ocho Rios, Jamaica native, Chef Omar Briscoe. With the collaboration and support of other family, colleagues and staff, Les Affaires is a true full service event business where clients and customers have their visions fulfilled and great memories to boot.
